چکیده

Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) is a chronic disease that poses significant global health issue. Acarbose commonly given drug to treat diabetes, which works as an inhibitor of polysaccharide-degraded enzymes. However, acarbose has side effects cause indigestion, diarrhea, flatulence, nausea, and vomiting. On the other hand, Aloe vera contains compounds have been proven antidiabetic activity by reducing glucose levels in blood increasing insulin production sensitivity vitro study.
